Earl Green commenced shooting pistols at the age of 14 and has been avidly involved in competition shooting in IPSC, IDPA and 3 gun for over 25 years. Earl also has 30 years of experience in policing, nuclear protection and private security and he is a certified law enforcement firearms and use of force instructor. His passion for shooting took him into roles in in-service training and specialized training where he has helped to develop the skills of new shooters as well as developing the skills of highly experienced shooters. Earl has been a sponsored competitive shooter in IPSC and he has been a member of the Ontario Production shooting team on six occasions. He has also worked as an adjunct instructor for Sig Sauer and is currently employed by Safariland Group as the Director of Business Development for Canada where he is considered a subject matter expert in holsters, duty and competition gear, armour systems and bomb disposal suits and equipment. Earl is also the owner Phase Line Green Tactical where he provides firearms instruction to civilian and military/law enforcement clients as well as consultation on security and law enforcement matters, threat assessments and workplace violence mitigations. He is an alumni of Carleton University and holds and BA in Law with a concentration in Criminology and Criminal Justice Policy.
